Horses, Snow, Radishes oh my!

Just some more concept sketches that add on to my pile of ideas, started the storyboard hopefully have first page done by the end of this week.

First and Final Concept

Here are the first concepts of my the character that I want to make a comic about, I want this comic to be more of an exploration than a solid storyline. I had the character be pretty simple because he is a simple being in a world of complicated things, thus making him stick out amongst the world I plan to have him trek through. I really have no guide through this story i want to tell, but neither does this kid so I don't plan to get too intricate with writing a story and just go with the flow.

Don't mind the little bird. I tried a couple of different styles, these were the last 3 that i liked. I didn't want a too childish of a character so the 2 shorties lost to teenage angst.

So in the end I decided to choose the more taller and skinnier version due to the fact that a teenager would be more emotionally prepared to deal with the idea that he is on his own. The creepy character there is an Idea of a villain, I really like how he turned out. More info about the characters to come.
